Volume of all engine whistles can be changed in CV 985

The brake key (F2) is not active by default. If you want to turn this on, set CV 4 to a higher number that represents the roll out without brake. Suggested is value 110. The time to stop the train with the brake key is set in CV 349. The default is 12.
